COVID-19 Positive Test Reporting

If your child has developed COVID-19 symptoms (high temperature, continuous cough, loss of taste and/or smell) and then tested positive for COVID-19, it is important to notify the school as soon as possible to enable us to contact the families of any children and staff, within that bubble.

Please add as many details as possible including:

• Your child's full name
• Your child's class and/or teacher
• Date when your child tested positive
• Date when your child first showed symptoms
